These terms set out the rules for using Blue Vivio as a creator or a customer. Please read them carefully.
01Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Blue Vivio, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
02Creator Accounts
Creators are responsible for the content they upload and sell. You must own or have the rights to all designs listed in your store, and you agree not to infringe the intellectual property of others.
03Platform Fees
Blue Vivio charges a platform fee on each sale. Fee rates are disclosed in your merchant dashboard and may be updated with reasonable advance notice.
04Fulfillment
Print-on-demand fulfillment is handled by third-party partners. Delivery times and product quality are subject to those partners’ policies, and we work to surface accurate estimates wherever possible.
05Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the platform, including by uploading unlawful content, attempting to disrupt the service, or engaging in fraudulent activity. We may remove content that violates these terms.
06Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time through your dashboard settings.
